Dear friends,

This is the first entry on my photo blog, which I launched recently. Right from the beginning, I’m excited to share my plans for the coming month.

But instead of using too many words, it’s probably easier to show you. The map below outlines the route I’m planning to take through the southwestern United States — starting in San Francisco, traveling all the way to Yellowstone, and then returning back to SF.

I hope this ambitious plan comes together smoothly and that there won’t be any major obstacles along the way. I’ll stay in touch as much as possible, regularly updating the blog with news, impressions, and of course photos from all the places I’ll be visiting during the journey.
